1. What types of cars do you rent out?

We rent out well-maintained used cars in various sizes and price ranges, suitable for both short- and long-term rentals.

2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

You must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.

3. What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes insurance and unlimited mileage. Parking fees and tolls are deducted from the deposit or reserved amount, usually after the rental period, as we are invoiced afterwards (e.g., from AutoPASS).

4. How do I pay?

You pay online by card when booking. We use secure payment solutions such as Nets and Settle.

5. Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit will be reserved on your payment card and released after the car is returned in good condition.

6. What should I do in case of damage or an accident?

Contact us immediately and follow the instructions in the rental agreement. We will assist you further.

7. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the rental starts. After that, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.

8. Where do I pick up and return the car?

The car is picked up and returned by appointment at our pickup location in Bø. We also offer delivery for an additional fee to locations such as Evenes Airport, Sortland, Skagen Airport, and more. You can select this option when booking online.
