<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="465" data-end="682">The rental price includes insurance and unlimited mileage. Parking fees and tolls are deducted from the deposit or reserved amount, usually after the rental period, as we are invoiced afterwards (e.g., from AutoPASS).</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1384" data-end="1628">The car is picked up and returned by appointment at our pickup location in B&oslash;. We also offer delivery for an additional fee to locations such as Evenes Airport, Sortland, Skagen Airport, and more. You can select this option when booking online.</p>

Bring your booking code to your chosen location. Pick up the tool, and you are ready for your project. Deliver the product at the same place when you are done.

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="152" data-end="172">1. GENERAL TERMS</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="174" data-end="423">By booking and using a rental car from B&oslash; Bilutleie, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement takes effect from the moment you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned at the agreed time and location.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="430" data-end="456">2. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="458" data-end="533">The renter must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be at least 23 years old.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="535" data-end="598">The driver&rsquo;s license must have been valid for at least 2 years.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="600" data-end="661">A valid driver&rsquo;s license and ID must be presented at pick-up.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="663" data-end="772">If these age or license requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the rental without a refund.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="779" data-end="805">3. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="807" data-end="889">The full rental amount and deposit must be paid before the vehicle is handed over.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="891" data-end="1064">The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the vehicle has been returned and inspected, unless there is damage, missing fuel, or other grounds for deductions.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1066" data-end="1143">Any toll charges, fines, or fuel shortages will be deducted from the deposit.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1150" data-end="1180">4. TECHNOLOGY AND TRACKING</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1182" data-end="1644">All our vehicles are equipped with an AirTag device to ensure safety and efficient fleet management. These devices do <strong data-start="1300" data-end="1307">not</strong> track speed, routes, or real-time movements. Their sole purpose is to help us locate the vehicle when the rental has ended, for example, if it is parked at an airport, or if the car needs to be found due to an accident or other emergency. AirTags protect your privacy and comply with current regulations for the use of tracking devices.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1651" data-end="1699">5. RENTER&rsquo;S RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS</h3>

<p data-start="1954" data-end="2024">Take the car outside Norway without written consent from B&oslash; Bilutleie.</p>

<p data-start="2027" data-end="2112">Smoke inside the car. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee of NOK 2,000 will be charged.</p>

</ul>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2114" data-end="2308">The renter is responsible for the vehicle as if it were their own. This includes complying with all traffic and parking regulations and using the vehicle safely and responsibly. The renter must:</p>

<p data-start="2462" data-end="2567">Always report fire, theft, vandalism, or injury to people or animals to both the police and B&oslash; Bilutleie.</p>

</ul>

<p data-start="2710" data-end="2756">Overloading, improper use, or unsecured cargo.</p>

<p data-start="2811" data-end="2916">Damage from using snow chains, roof avalanches, or driving in places not suitable for the vehicle&rsquo;s size.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2918" data-end="3033">If the rental terms are violated, the renter may be held fully financially responsible for all losses and expenses.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3035" data-end="3294">B&oslash; Bilutleie reserves the right to claim compensation for damages, extra cleaning, missing fuel, parking fines, or toll charges not covered by the deposit. The renter is financially responsible for violations of the rental terms, including but not limited to:</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3538" data-end="3637">The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up and in clean, proper condition.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3639" data-end="3721">Late return without prior agreement may result in additional daily rental charges.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3749" data-end="3831">Cancellations more than 7 days before the rental period begins are fully refunded.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3833" data-end="3914">Cancellations 3&ndash;7 days before the rental period begins will receive a 50% refund.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3916" data-end="4000">Cancellations less than 72 hours before the rental period begins are non-refundable.</p>

The following data is stored: name, address, phone number, email address, and order history. Data is stored to fulfill our contractual and accounting obligations. Your information is available via &ldquo;My Account&rdquo; and can be deleted upon request by contacting us.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="4392" data-end="4556">Your payment card is stored securely by our payment providers (Nets or Settle) as long as you have an active order. We do not store your card information ourselves.</p>
