Parking fees and tolls are deducted from the deposit or reserved amount, usually after the rental period, as we are invoiced afterwards (e.g., from AutoPASS).</p>

We also offer delivery for an additional fee to locations such as Evenes Airport, Sortland, Skagen Airport, and more. You can select this option when booking online.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="174" data-end="423">By booking and using a rental car from B&oslash; Bilutleie, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement takes effect from the moment you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned at the agreed time and location.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="430" data-end="456">2. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="458" data-end="533">The renter must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be at least 23 years old.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="535" data-end="598">The driver&rsquo;s license must have been valid for at least 2 years.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="600" data-end="661">A valid driver&rsquo;s license and ID must be presented at pick-up.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="663" data-end="772">If these age or license requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the rental without a refund.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="891" data-end="1064">The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the vehicle has been returned and inspected, unless there is damage, missing fuel, or other grounds for deductions.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="1066" data-end="1143">Any toll charges, fines, or fuel shortages will be deducted from the deposit.</p>

These devices do <strong data-start="1300" data-end="1307">not</strong> track speed, routes, or real-time movements. Their sole purpose is to help us locate the vehicle when the rental has ended, for example, if it is parked at an airport, or if the car needs to be found due to an accident or other emergency. AirTags protect your privacy and comply with current regulations for the use of tracking devices.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2114" data-end="2308">The renter is responsible for the vehicle as if it were their own. This includes complying with all traffic and parking regulations and using the vehicle safely and responsibly. The renter must:</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3035" data-end="3294">B&oslash; Bilutleie reserves the right to claim compensation for damages, extra cleaning, missing fuel, parking fines, or toll charges not covered by the deposit. The renter is financially responsible for violations of the rental terms, including but not limited to:</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3639" data-end="3721">Late return without prior agreement may result in additional daily rental charges.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3833" data-end="3914">Cancellations 3&ndash;7 days before the rental period begins will receive a 50% refund.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="3916" data-end="4000">Cancellations less than 72 hours before the rental period begins are non-refundable.</p>
